By ordering, you are agreeing to these terms:
Items sent without insurance cannot be claimed against us, or the freight company if damaged or lost in transit This includes claims via your credit card company*, PayPal or financial institution. Insurance can be requested & purchased for any item if needed.
BonzaBuy! does not accept responsibility for the goods once they leave our warehouse. Insurance is available, recommended and the responsibility of the purchaser.
Some remote or rural addresses will attract an increased shipping fee. We will attempt to contact you via email before the order is sent should this be the case.
All parcels are sent via Star Track to the street address provided. The parcels are left if no one is there to sign for them. BonzaBuy! does not take any responsibility for missing parcels.
If the parcel can not be left (ie an apartment block), a second delivery charge will be incurred by you the purchaser.
All Shipping Costs, Customs, Duties & Tax associated with the sale must be paid by the buyer.
If we agree to grant a refund for change of mind, it will be minus a 20% (minimum $10) restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
BonzaBuy! will honour all manufacturers warranties for applicable items. Damage by mis-use is not covered. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
If we do not have the item you ordered, we may substitute a similar item or different colour unless the 'no substitutions' check box is checked.

These claims cost the retailer as the bank takes the money and charges a fine. As this is not fair on us, we fight these claims if you have taken responsibility for the item by refusing insurance.
